[ scott still sounds distracted, but the response comes easier than he thought it might. he knows they're not monsters. or they don't have to be; he's seen enough proof of that, despite the heavy evidence on the other side. it's not quite enough to keep him from dwelling on peter, what the wolf means to him - but he knows better than to let it drag him down. different worlds, different rules.
which is the thought that brings his focus back to the reason he called isaac to begin with. he's careful to keep his tone from being overly aggressive, but there's a surety there that makes it clear he's confident in his words. ]

[That doesn't go over particularly well. For a second, Isaac just pauses, looks toward Scott like he might be a little- well, not right in the head.
He pauses where he's walking, tries to think up all the reasons it wouldn't work, and gets frustrated when he only gets to two (the first being Derek showing up and getting pissed at them for it, the second being people like Dean who would judge them or something).]

[Isaac curls his fingers into fists, releasing them after a moment, and glancing away. He doesn't like this, doesn't like the thought of this. Scott, why can't you see things from his perspective, here?]
Look, you wanna know why people don't care about angels? Because they're angels. People think angels, and they're like- oh, pure feathery good guys. They think werewolves, and they see two guys who go crazy and murder people once a month.
[He huffs, shaking his head.]
There's a lot less bad things attached to those other people.

[ he sounds fairly convinced, but considering his own hang-ups with what they are it's only about ninety percent there. still, as much as this means to scott, this isn't just his secret. he can't force this on isaac, not when it's about both of them, when pack's a thing that's finally in his vocabulary. isaac's opinion matters. ]
I won't make you. And if you really think it'll put us at risk, I won't either. Just promise me you'll think about it.
[Scott's reasoning just makes him sulk, but he really can't disagree. They're not monsters- theyve seen monsters, and Isaac is pretty sure that whatever they are... well, it doesn't qualify. They still have control, still have some kind of desire to help people (even if that's more on Scott's side than his own these days).]

[But he appreciates Scott being willing to wait for him to come to a conclusion.]
[ scott wasn't expecting an enthusiastic agreement, and this is definitely better than a flat out refusal. which means instead of looking defeated, he looks like he's feeling reasonably accomplished. ]

[ this doesn't actually sound that impressive anymore, does it. ] But the point is that we have superheroes. I'll introduce you, maybe we can all go fight crime together.
[ the line's delivered completely straight, but the fact that it's anything but becomes clear a second later. ]
We could always get costumes too. You know, to keep our identities a secret?
[Isaac can't help but to laugh at the joke, even though it's totally a bad one. Come on, Scott, he's cooler than that!!!
