[It takes Erica a long while of staring at that because that means that Scott lied to her and about Isaac owing him money. He made up a weird lie, too. She tries to figure it out. Why the lie, why that lie, why Scott would do that and then it falls into place.

It's just another instance of no one telling her the things that Isaac does because of her.

Because of how she is.
