You wouldn't have to work with him. I could give you shifts where you never see each other. The sooner Derek gets a job, the sooner he can move into a place with Peter and watch him like a hawk.

I'll tell Derek no if you're really not okay with it but it's the best plan we have to deal with Peter right now.
