It just depends. Pigs are high cost-high reward because you sell them to the meat market when they're fully grown and you get a ton of cash. Sheep are a pretty dependable income 'cause they always grow wool if they're not dying.

You're right though. I should probably protect my farm a bit more before I expand it.
